The DRM Rector Sabbatical Grant provides funding of up to $5,000 to assist congregations in maintaining ministry while their rector takes a sabbatical for rest and refreshment. This is because faithful, long-term ministry requires rhythms of work and renewal — and when rectors return from sabbatical with fresh vision and energy, the whole church benefits.

The DRM Cross-Cultural Ministry Grant provides renewable funding to help parishes and ministries that are intentionally crossing cultural, racial, and ethnic boundaries to reflect the diversity and yet unity of Christ's Body. Whether your ministry is creating spaces of welcome and discipleship for non-majority communities, partnering with a local parish to foster genuine integration of diverse communities, or expanding Anglican witness among immigrant neighbors, this grant exists to help you sustain and grow that long-term Kingdom work.
