IT & Systems Specialist

The Diocese of the Rocky Mountains is looking for a part-time, technically-skilled and service-minded IT & Systems Specialist to manage the digital infrastructure that keeps our diocese running. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in IT support or systems administration, a strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices, and comfort managing a diverse set of cloud-based tools and platforms. Experience working in a church, nonprofit, or ministry context is a plus — but just as important is a collaborative, low-ego approach to technical work and a genuine desire to serve the people and mission of the Diocese.

  • Start Date: This position is available June 2026.

  • Location: Fully remote

  • Hours: 8-10 hours per week

  • Compensation: $28–$30 an hour depending on experience and education

  • Benefits: matching retirement contributions, technology stipend, PTO & paid sick leave, professional development opportunities

Communications Lead

The Diocese of the Rocky Mountains is seeking a talented and mission-driven Communications Lead to own our communications strategy and shape how the Diocese tells its story. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field, along with strong writing skills, a good eye for design, and demonstrated experience managing digital channels such as email newsletters, social media, and websites. Experience in a faith-based or ministry context is a plus — but above all, we're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on creative ability, and who brings a sincere love for the Church and a commitment to communicating its mission with clarity and excellence.

  • Start Date: This position is available immediately.

  • Location: Fully remote

  • Hours: 12-15 hours per week

  • Compensation: $28–$35 an hour depending on experience and education
